This lawsuit came about from underground artist Clive Tanaka who filed his lawsuit against Nicki Minaj in Chicago on Tuesday claiming that Nicki and her producers copied substantial portions of his less widely known 2011 single "Neu Chicago."
Now Tanaka is seeking unspecified damages.
