The bankruptcy case was later in time thrown out and DMX has now managed to catch compeltley up with his child support. After taking care of the debt DMX promptly re-applied for his passport; which had been denied because of the back child support, and went on tour in Europe.
According to TMZ DMX settled his back child support case with baby mama Patricia Trejo for an undisclosed amount.
DMX is closing 2013 with a fresh start! Lets hope that 2014 is even better.
