Prosecutors say Devar Hurd was indicted Friday, claiming that the man violated an order of protection when he sent more than 100 tweets to the songstress's Twitter account between Sept. 2012 and last weekend.
This is no joking matter, plus his bail was set at $750,000. He is also expected to be arraigned sometime next month. Now back in Feb. 2010 the 35-year-old was sentenced to two years in jail for sending a battery of text messages and photos to Ashanti’s mother. The prosuqters even said that the some Tweets were also sexually explicit.
That's a damn shame for him.
